Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Paddio account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains what happens and how to request it — in the app, on the web, or by email — without needing to reinstall the app.
How to delete your account
In the mobile app: open Profile → Delete account and confirm.
On the web (this page): if you are signed in as a Player, use the "Delete my account" button below. If you are not signed in, sign in to the Player app first, or use the email option.
By email: write to contacto@paddio.club from the email address on your account (or include the phone number on your account) and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your identity and process the request.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we:
- delete your login credentials and sign-in identity;
- remove your name, email, phone number, and avatar photo;
- delete your push-notification tokens, notification preferences, and consent logs;
- delete your uploaded avatar files;
- delete or anonymize any managed players (e.g., a child) you created, so their personal details are removed from your account.
Details you provided about another person (such as a doubles partner) are removed or anonymized in the same way; if that partner has their own Paddio account, deleting yours does not affect their account.
What is retained (in anonymized form)
To meet tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations — and to keep your former partners' teams, registrations, and payments intact — we retain certain tournament and financial records in anonymized form, no longer linked to you. Personal fields on those records (such as notes and questionnaire answers) are cleared.
Timing
Deletion is processed immediately when you confirm in the app or on this page. Email requests are processed after we verify your identity, within the timeframe required by applicable law (in Mexico, within the period set by the LFPDPPP). Anonymized financial records are retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Delete my account
Signed in as gregorio@paddio.club. This permanently deletes your login and removes or anonymizes your personal data. This cannot be undone.
Can't sign in? Email contacto@paddio.club from your account's email address and we'll process your request after verifying your identity.
